My name is Jessica, I’m a 24 year old housewife who enjoys crafts and DIY projects, filming silly videos with my best friend, painting, doing my makeup and nails, and spending time at church and with my family. Oh, yeah… and I’m also a Type 1 Diabetic. Ever since I was diagnosed at 10 years old, I made a promise to myself that I would not let this disease define me. And although it’s most definitely a life-altering diagnosis to receive, it certainly doesn’t have to prevent you from doing anything you want! Except maybe from becoming a competitive eater…
Anyway, I created this blog to be a safe place to explore the joys and vent about the downs of young adults living with diabetes.
